Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using any Vypio application, or by accessing vypio.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our apps or website.

These terms apply to all Vypio products, including current and future iOS applications, and the vypio.app website.

Vypio is an independent iOS app studio that builds free utility applications for the Apple App Store. We are not affiliated with Apple Inc. Our apps are developed and maintained by a small independent team.

Our apps are provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. By using them, you agree to:

• Use the apps only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any Vypio app
• Not use automated means to access, scrape, or interact with our apps or website
• Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features

We reserve the right to discontinue any app or remove it from the App Store at any time, with or without notice.

Our apps are free and supported by advertising delivered through AppLovin, a third-party advertising network. By using our apps, you acknowledge that:

• Ads will be displayed within the app interface
• AppLovin may use device identifiers and usage signals to serve relevant ads
• You can opt out of personalized advertising through your iOS device settings
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements

We select advertising partners that meet reasonable standards for ad quality and user experience. If you encounter an ad that is offensive or inappropriate, please report it to us at hello@vypio.app.

All Vypio apps, including their design, code, graphics, and content, are owned by Vypio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership right or license beyond the limited right to use the app as intended.

"Vypio" and the Vypio logo are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

Apple, the Apple logo, iPhone, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.

Our apps and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The apps will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Data stored within the apps will be preserved indefinitely or across device changes
• The apps will be compatible with all device configurations or future iOS versions
• Any specific feature will remain available in future updates

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vypio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our apps or website. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of data or missed reminders (e.g., missed bill payment dates)
• Financial losses of any kind
• Damages resulting from third-party advertising content

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our apps shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim — which, given our apps are free, is zero.

Your use of our iOS apps is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Use and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall govern with respect to the distribution and use of apps obtained through the App Store.

Our apps or website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We have no control over those services and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our apps or website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users, such as through an in-app notice or update release notes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Vypio products shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Vypio operates.
